Delete your Finlivo Expense account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Finlivo Expense and sign in.
2. Go to More → Settings → Password and security (or More → Profile).
3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it’s done.

Request account deletion

Delete some of your data, keep your account

1. Open the transaction, person or note you want to remove and tap Delete. It moves to Trash.
2. To delete it for good straight away, open More → Trash and tap Delete for good, or Empty Trash. Anything left in Trash is deleted automatically after 30 days.

Deleting a person deletes their whole history with them. You can also remove a receipt photo from its entry, a photo from a note, and your profile photo in Profile.

Pro subscription

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions before or after deleting; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid.
